Maidenhead

Maidenhead, in the historic county of Berkshire, is located in southeastern England. It is located on the River Thames. The Thames is marking the county boundary between Berkshire and Buckinghamshire by tracing a gentle right-hand curve that runs from Hurley to Bray to complete a half circle. It does so by embracing some of the most beautiful countrysides in the Middle Thames. The river's best-known punting course and the river's best-sailing reach. The power boats are taking over punting, which is sad. However, the scullers remain on the water.
